The Gladstone and Hawarden Apartment Buildings are historic apartment buildings located at 1423 and 1419 R Street, NW, respectively, in the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Built in 1900–1901, the Gladstone and Hawarden were designed in the Romanesque Revival architectural style by George S. Cooper. On September 7, 1994, the Gladstone and Hawarden were added to the National Register of Historic Places.[1]
